Adare Manor Makes Key Appointments to Sales Team
Adare Manor is delighted to announce the promotion of Liz Godfrey and Gillian Griffin, both current members of its Sales team who will now be appointed the Director of Sales MICE and Director of Sales Leisure, respectively.
Gillian Griffin joined the Adare Manor team in June 2002 after studying Business Studies and has excelled within the company ever since. With her 20 years’ experience in the industry and as part of the Adare Manor team, Gillian has gained a wealth of knowledge from her time from working in a range of different departments. Her Adare Manor journey began in the Reservations department in 2002 and has continued into the Sales department, where she has been the Assistant Director of Sales since April 2019.
Liz Godfrey has worked with the Adare Manor team for over 10 years, where she has been Assistant Director of Sales since 2019. With 22 years’ experience in the hotel sales industry and over 25 years in hospitality, Liz has held positions in some of the top hotels abroad and in Ireland. Prior to her time with Adare Manor, she has held roles in the award-winning Dromoland Castle Hotel in Clare, Portmarnock Hotel & Golf links in Dublin and the Clarion Hotel in Limerick. Liz holds both a diploma and a degree in Hotel Business Management, a Graduateship in Marketing, and a Diploma in PR from the PRII.
